One Year Already?!?!

Hey guys sorry again that it's been ages! So much has happened and don't worry miracles have not ceased. . . they've actually been multiplying!!! Sad news, I'm out of Sihanoukville. As of now that is my all time favorite place that I have served. It is so beautiful and it's the place where I was finally able to be more of the missionary that I want to be. Before I was low key slacking in the morning a bit and not being as effective and efficient. But after a great comp, Elder Olsen, and then another great hard worker, Elder Chong, I'm all set up and ready to go. It was honestly just such a blessing to be in an area where they are just so dependent on you. I don't mean that in a weird way but it forced me to be 150% into the work at every second of the day. Which means I prayed more and served the people way more than I had before. Resulting in me loving the people that much more. Truly if you're struggling to love someone SERVE THEM, you will find the love the Savior has for them and that is more than enough.

Also, it was Elder Chong's birthday so I made him mud pie from literal scratch. I had to make my own fudge and everything. Super fun though, but let's just say this month I'm broke now haha cause those ingredients are expensive.

Anyway, so I got transferred which was really hard for me because I love that area so much. But no worries cause this area is great as well and we've already done so much service and ate with members a ton as well. Super gas food! I'll be better at taking more photos and putting them on my google photos with descriptions and everything as well.

We went to a night market and then to a photo shoot and all sorts of different places haha which is super fun! Like the temple for a lesson with one of the main guys whose over construction and stuff like that. Anyways, I'm super excited for the growth that's happening here.

Also, the miracles here are incredible guys! We made a plan to put 4 people on date to get baptized and we have 6 on date now! Super amazing and absolutely love seeing the hand of the Lord in His eternal work!

Also, I hit my year mark so I made sfingis to celebrate and for those who don't know, it's an Italian dessert that's super yummy! I was even able to find karo syrup which is like such a miracle as well cause that's literally no where here😆 but luckily there's a super expensive store called super duper that has like everything from America so it's super hype. Like creole seasoning!!! Such a temptation to be in that store haha because there's just such yummy stuff. Also, I love cooking treats but also a bit of a problem cause I'm getting fat!!

Anyways, there's more stories but that's all I have time to type for tonight. Also, sorry if this weekly is like way all over the place and just overall messy haha. I'm speed typing it so I can make curfew.

My momma told me that there's people that are wondering bout me haha so sorry to those ones😆 but anyway, hope you guys enjoy. Also, the way this is rushed will give you a good look at my brain during every hour of the day from when I wake up to when I sleep. Always to incredibly busy and rushing to meet everyone that we need to meet.

An area/sport/task is only as beneficial as you make it.

Always remember that you're a child of God and that you have divine potential!

Let me tell you guys, I absolutely love serving Him, the Savior of the world. It is such a blessing and I really do dread the day of getting off the plane and taking off my tag. Hitting my year mark was low key difficult for me because that means I only have one year left😢😭 makes me just want to live every single day to the absolute fullest.

Have the greatest week guys!

Elder Acton out

Also one more! Go to the temple, it heals! I can't wait for the time when I have the opportunity to go again! The one in Cambodia is roughly due for the beginning of next year.

-Okay Elder Acton out for real

Oops one more, for those asking about the language for me, in my brain it's going really good. I can understand almost everything on the Gospel side and maybe 73.45653 percent on the every day side haha so don't worry it's going alright over here.

Okay peace out y'all!!!!
