I'M A DAD OF TWO

Well ladies and gentlemen, I am a dad, again, but this time with a white child and not a Khmer one haha. And this time I know Khmer and my child doesn't😆which is the usual for training haha. My first trainee was just Khmer so ofc he already knew the language. Anyway, so my son's name is Elder Adams and low key he's lit! He's super book smart and he knows the language super well already to be honest. He'll say words that like I just learned a couple months ago and I've been put here a whole year. But as usual he's having a really hard time understanding what they say. The classic "Elder, what language are they speaking?" 😆🤣 Anyway, it's fun, I love being a dad. Also, we have just been crazy busy! I finally baked the rest of my 13 pounds of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies last Monday so this whole week we spent lots of time giving them out to other people. I told myself I'd only eat 1 or 2 and the rest would be for members, but I think a couple accidentally fell into my mouth 😅🙃

Anyways, this week was full of miracles, one of which is my teaching friend from Sihanoukville who moved to Phnom Penh about the same time I got transferred here. She got baptized this last Sunday! So even though it was in a different building than Pochentong (the current place I'm serving) I was able to go and witness it, which was so amazing! I taught her maybe twice but I think I cleaned maybe a thousand of her dishes😆 well same dishes just hundreds of times. Truly service is an amazing way to show others charity, the pure love of Christ. And now she's made the first of many sacred covenants we make with God.

Anyway this week I don't have a ton to share just that, we be working away out here. Oh and also eating like kings to!!!!!! We good at budgeting so we going somewhere special to eat this next week 💪

I love all of you guys so much

ស៊ូទ្រាំដល់ទីបញ្ចប់

Fifth point in Jesus Christ's Gospel!!!!! Make sure to do what you covenant to do 😉💖💙
